Smoked Pork and SauerkrautIngredients3 tablespoons margarine or butter SAVE $2 large onions, sliced SAVE $3 cups sauerkraut, rinsed, well drained1 lb. boneless smoked pork chops1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper1 green bell pepper, cut into large pieces1/3 cup water1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper--- 1. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until golden brown. Add sauerkraut; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until sauerkraut is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.2 Add pork chops, bell pepper, water, salt and pepper. Cover; cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until pork chops are thoroughly heated.
