It's not like 2022 was When nothing zilch got done But this go around trying taking action Would like for management be in our shoes . Offer us compassion as we are force to deal with this roach infestation . For under a 21/30 and sadly this roaches have left that apartment Infestation the third floor and we are on the 1st floor That can become contain to third floor .
But everything I feel in my Spirit is being done that can be done Is being done .

I have to rock the boat For sadly this is a roach infestation being dealt with They need to stop thinking once and for all be contain in that one apartment as thinking . Sadly spreading on third floor and a few starting to show up on second floor So we're next 1st floor So if quit lying to me I'll stop calling in than This cause us not to be evicted etc ... Complain to them in writing about the infestation. Ask for written replies. Document what's being done or not. Document their response, as in actions taken, not taken. Do it regularly, weekly & definitely monthly. Make sure you mention how long it's been going on, anything you've been told verbally & by who, save any notices they send out about the problem. This is a health concern & you cannot be evicted for holding them accountable. If it isn't cleared up in a few months or whatever time frame you feel is appropriate, put your rent in escrow at the courthouse. Take them to court. The judge will make them clean it up & may award you the escrow money or pay it to the apartment complex.
