Message Sun, Aug 21, 2022
My dear friend brothers and sisters,
Welcome! Glad to have you joining us.
A lawyer who had recently purchased a Cape Cod home overlooking the harbor of Nantucket asked Ol Beauford to do some outdoor painting. He had the money and Beauford was known for good solid work. Beauford arrived in the morning as the lawyer was rushing out the door. He quickly explained what he wanted, complete strip of all the paint, the color scheme, running out of time, the lawyer then said, “Start on the porch around back and give me a call at the office when you finish.” The business man went off to work in Boston. Soon after his arrival, he received a call from Beuford who said, “All done boss.” The businessman elated said, “Boy you made quick work of that porch in the back.” The man replied, “Yes sir, only it wasn’t a Porsce, it was one of them BMW’s.”
The passage today tells us we need to pay CAREFUL attention to what we hear. Otherwise what we think we heard may have worse consequences than a bad paint job.
Don't Drift!
Dealing with how to avoid the ever constant danger of drifting away from our walk with Christ.
Hebrews 2:1 We must pay more careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. 2 For if the message spoken by angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment, 3 how shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. 4 God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.
This passage is a warning passage and speaks to a generation of people, specifically those of Hebrew lineage. Never forget Paul’s powerful line about the Gospel in ROMANS 1:16-- He was not ashamed of the Gospel because it is the power of God for salvation to the JEW first! Yet most Jews in Jesus’ day did not receive Him.
There was a great danger of believing that because you were a child of Abraham that God HAD to give you salvation. Further there is also a danger of believing that because you were raised as a child of Abraham that what you have been taught MUST be the same message God gave to Abraham and Moses. But, you have never taken the time to check it out for yourself!
Listen has anyone here ever gone through the drive through at McDonalds, Taco Bell? Of course. Now you know where I am going. Have you not been very specific about what you want and what you don’t want? Sure. Some times, everything works out great! But other times, haven’t you paid your money and as you drive off, OHHH they put pickles on this. There is no ketchup. I asked for ketchup. If only they had paid more attention.
Well the I am certain is a mixed audience with mixed results regarding the message they have heard. There would be those who truly received it and have been born-again, those who have understood it and know how to talk shop and play the part, but are not born-again, then there are those who have convinced themselves that they are born-again, no one else sees it that way, and then there are those who are still trying to figure it out. Well the writer here lets us know, it does not matter why you are lost whether because you outright reject the message or, if you are lost you are still in the same boat.
I. NEGLECTING IS JUST AS BAD AS REJECTING THE MESSAGE. (1-2)
A. DON’T DISOBEY:
B. DON’T DRIFT
Drifting is a nautical term it does not mean that you are intentionally avoiding the harbor, but rather by careless negligence you drift past the point of safety and consequently miss your channel. And it will not be so simple to get back. There is a great danger of confusing the SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL with an EASE OF LIVING THE LIFE. If you know anyone who has graduated from the Police Academy, you've heard them say, it was tough and If you saw the video clips you'd say it was tough. But on paper, I can assure you that the class outline looked simple so that anyone could follow it, but not everyone could live it. And it took diligence to earn that badge. Let me assure you it takes diligence to earn a witness for Christ.
1. Read His Word daily. Careful attention to: “Pros – Echo” can be translated several ways. It does mean to pay attention to as said above, but it can also mean to be addicted to as in becoming drunk. Do you realize that Christ refers to the Bible as true food and true drink! Do you really know the Word? We live in a post-modern day where people have been tricked into believing that their FEELINGS are FACTS and that RUMORS are REAL NEWS. But only the FAITH HANDED DOWN BY JESUS CAN REALLY SAVE.

And it will not be so simple to get back. There is a great danger of confusing the SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL with an EASE OF LIVING THE LIFE. Chris Nieves who just graduated from the Police Academy said, it was tough (Dennis Barton and I saw the video clips and it was tough. But on paper, I can assure you that the class outline looked simple so that anyone could follow it, but not everyone could live it. And it took diligence to earn that badge for Chris. There is an odd sense with some people that Bible study and Sunday school should be fun. Hey, great when they are. But, the reality, sometimes, it is just study. Listen, I understand it becomes tedious when you hit NUMBERS and it isn’t always fun, but there are some interesting facts there that you need to be aware of. And, it you say, I don’t need this
2. Be diligent with service opportunities and needs.
3. Let your faith be known (witness). Here is a good test: “Is there anything you do that is specifically Christian?”
In other words;
Does anything you do indicate to anyone else that you are a Christian.
I am reminded of a time when one man in our church just sensed that he needed to step up and serve the Lord with our youth. For years this man has told his dad, “I’m a Christian, I go to church.” Dad has not responded much at all. But just last week he gave his weekend to those kids and went on that retreat. For the first time in Mike’s life, his dad showed interest in Mike’s faith. Mike that took something for you to give up your weekend. I know you are a busy man and work is very demanding of you.
I guess, if you can do that, I have no excuse for saying I can’t go to church because I’m working!
See, he sacrificed something for his faith. Albeit one weekend. But, just going to church is not that impressive. Just saying you’re a Christian doesn’t take anything. People put more work into their Facebook pages Instagram and Tik Tok than some of you put into what you call your faith!
4. And by your deeds let your faith be shown.
C. DISTINGUISHING A LIGHTHOUSE AHEAD IS NOT THE SAME AS
FOLLOWING THE LIGHT TO SAFE HARBOR.
II. AVOID THE DIRE CONSEQUENCES WARNED ABOUT. (3-4, Num. 15:32-36)
In Numbers a man broke Sabbath Law by picking up sticks and God Himself commanded that the man be stoned to death. Dire consequences! While I do not want to be a legalist, I also do not want to be so comfortable that I drift past God’s grace and come against his justice! Does anyone remember the young vandal Michael Fay in his felonious trip and destruction of cars and personal property in Singapore? He was shocked and our media were absolutely confused when the Singapore Government APPLIED THE CANE OF KNOWLEDGE TO HIS SEAT OF UNDERSTANDING! Had he only received more discipline at home to begin with...
The sense is a nautical, drifting past the point of safety. It is well within reach, but because of careless negligence, inattentiveness to directions and soundings, we miss the safe harbor, we fail to moor up to the proper place. And, the truth is that all of us tend to drift. Some are in the harbor and drifting away, some are outside the harbor, close enough to feel safe, but still are unsecured.
Let me close today with - The Three R’s of Response.
A. REPENT OF ANY KNOWN SIN.
So where do we go from here? What if I have already drifted? Composer Robert Robinson was saved under the mighty ministry of George Whitfield and he wrote the song “Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing” which says in part
”Bind my wand’ring heart to Thee.
Prone to wander—Lord, I feel it—
Prone to leave the God I love;
Here’s my heart—O take and seal it,
Seal it for Thy courts above”
In the case of Robinson these words proved very prophetic, because he later drifted from his relationship with the Lord. Warren Wiersbe writes, “He had been greatly used as a pastor, but neglect of spiritual things led him astray. In an attempt to find peace, he began to travel. During one of his journeys he met a young woman who was evidently very spiritually minded.
“What do you think of this hymn I have been reading?’ she asked Robinson, handing him the book. It was his own hymn! He tried to avoid the question but it was hopeless, for the Lord was speaking to him. Finally, he broke down and confessed who he was and how he had been living away from the Lord.
‘But these streams of mercy are still flowing,’ the woman reassured him and through her encouragement, Robinson was restored to fellowship with the Lord.”
B. REMOVE THOSE THINGS THAT HINDER YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH!
C. RETURN TO YOUR FIRST LOVE.
(REV 2:4)
“But I have this complaint against you. You don’t love me or each other as you did at first!

My dear friend brothers and sisters,
Carefully examine what you believe and what the Bible says. Then be honest about where you are at.
That way you'll avoid the ever constant danger of drifting away from our walk with Christ.
DON'T DRIFT!
God Bless you, and remember as you go about your week introduce Jesus to everyone you come in contact with.

The DAY Approaching
Apostasy
Scripture: 2 Thessalonians 2:1-15
Welcome! We are so glad to have you joining us today, Blessings. ?
My prayer is that this message serves
as both a Warning and Encouragement.
My dear friend brothers and sisters,
The Bible tells us to stay strong in our faith and to always meet together as a church. But when we look around, it seems that more and more people are leaving the church. Why? This passage of Scripture explains the reason.
In Hebrews 10:23-25, we read, “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” We are told to stay strong in our faith and to always come together as a church. This is especially important as we see the Day approaching. The word “Day” refers to the calamities and persecutions that will come upon the earth during the final season before Christ’s return. We are not supposed to forsake the church, but when we look around us right now, it seems that more and more people are leaving. Why? What’s going on? I think what we see happening can be explained by our passage of Scripture, so let’s go ahead and get started with verses 1-2.
Christ Has Not Yet Returned (vv. 1-2)
1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.
In verses 1-2, we learn that “the occasion of Paul’s writing to the Thessalonians was to correct some of the errors concerning the endtimes that the believers had heard from false teachers. Among the falsehoods, was that the day of the Lord [had] already come (2 Thessalonians 2:2). The Christians in Thessalonica were afraid that Jesus had already [returned, that] they had missed the rapture, and [that] they were now in the Tribulation . . . Paul writes his second letter to assure them that, contrary to what they had heard, and despite the persecution they were enduring, the ‘day of Christ’ had not yet come.”(1) He then began to tell them how to recognize the season of our Lord’s return.
The Falling Away Must Happen (vv. 3-5)
3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things?
Paul begins to tell them, “The endtimes are near when these specific things begin to happen.” First, there will be “the falling away” (v. 3). “The word rendered ‘falling away’ is apostasia. Of course, you need no theological degree to see that this term is where our English word ‘apostasy’ originated. ‘Apostasy’ simply means ‘a defection from truth, falling away, [and] forsaking’ . . . The word apostasia is the feminine form of apostasion, which itself means . . . ‘divorce’ or ‘writing of divorcement.’ Apostasion appears twice in Matthew and once in Mark(2) [with] Moses writing the ‘bill of divorcement’ under the Law . . . The idea is [of] one party leaving another. Now, carry that concept over into 2 Thessalonians 2:3, and it becomes clear [that] someone is leaving someone else.”(3)
And right now, there appears to be a massive divorcement from the church; and it is leaving behind the hurt and pain of a divorce, as those who seemed to be with us until the very end have suddenly rejected having any fellowship with us! They have just up and vanished without even a goodbye. “The Bible indicates that there will be a great apostasy during the end times . . . The King James Version calls it ‘the falling away,’ while the NIV . . . calls it ‘the rebellion.’ And that’s what an apostasy is; a rebellion – an abandonment of the truth. The end times will include a wholesale rejection of God’s revelation, [and] a further ‘falling away’ of an already fallen world.”(4) “Every age has its defectors, but [noteworthy is the fact that] the falling away at the end times will be complete and worldwide. The whole planet will be in rebellion against God and [Jesus] Christ.”(5)
In Matthew 24:6-14, here’s what Jesus said about the beginning of the end: “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
Something Jesus said that really stands out to me is that, either just before, or as the Tribulation commences, “there will be . . . pestilences” (Matthew 24:7) and “they will deliver you up to tribulation . . . and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake” (Matthew 24:9). Over the past two years, our world has suffered from a great pestilence called Covid 19; and during this great trial, Christians all over the world have been barred from their places of worship. And when they oppose these mandates against church attendance, many have been arrested and mocked for their faith; and they’ve been beaten and imprisoned under inhumane conditions for unbearable amounts of time. Jesus said that many “will betray one another” (Matthew 24:10); and often, when believers have assembled for worship, their own family members and friends have called and reported them to the authorities. These things constitute what Jesus called “tribulation.”
Now, I am one who holds to a pretribulation rapture. Some who believe in a pretribulation rapture will say that the church is taken to heaven before any of these things start to happen, believing that Christians will escape what Jesus called “tribulation.” In Matthew 24:8, Jesus said, “These are the beginning of sorrows” – they are just the beginning. I believe the church will see some of these initial hardships; that believers will behold the beginning of sorrows before being raptured. Notice how Matthew 24:14 says, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” Someone is still preaching the gospel as these calamities begin to happen. This tells me that the church is still around until a certain point. The rapture is supposed to happen just before the appearing of “the man of sin” (v. 3) or “the son of perdition,” mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:3. If we are still alive on the earth just before the man of sin is revealed, then we will see “the beginning of sorrows,” which is the beginning of tribulation.
Paul told the Thessalonians, “The endtimes are near when these specific things begin to happen.” First, there will be “the falling away,” or the great apostasy; and secondly, “the ‘man of lawlessness’ must be revealed, he who is called the ‘son of perdition,’ also known as the Antichrist.”(6) The NIV calls the Antichrist “the man of lawlessness.” “Once this person makes himself known, the end times will indeed have come . . . The man of lawlessness, according to [verse 4], is the one who will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.”(7) Now, picking up where we left off in Matthew chapter 24, Jesus continued to say, “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place . . . then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be” (vv. 15, 21).
So, what exactly did Daniel say in his book? In Daniel chapter 11, we read “this” about the Antichrist: “Forces shall be mustered by him, and . . . they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation . . . He shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished” (Daniel 11:31, 36). The website GotQuestion.org states, “Clearly, this has not yet happened; no one since Paul’s time has set himself up as God in the Jewish temple.”(8) Christians should be raptured before the Antichrist is revealed; however, I believe we are presently seeing things done to condition people to his rise to power. The Antichrist, who will be in charge of a one-world government, will cause all worship to cease; and I must again point out how during the Corona Virus pandemic, we have seen many governments working hard to shut down churches and imprison those who gather for worship.
God Restrains the Lawless One (vv. 6-8)
6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.
Paul told the Thessalonians that until the end comes, God Himself is holding everything back until the appointed time. One day, however, He will stop restraining. And when He does, we will see “the beginning of sorrows,” as Jesus said (Matthew 24:8); but also at that time, “the lawless one will be revealed” (v. 8). His identity will be made known to the world. But I want hone in on something that both precedes his appearing and which accompanies his reign of terror – lawlessness. “The mystery of lawlessness is already at work” (v. 7), the Scripture says. In Matthew 24:12, Jesus warned, “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” So, when we see lawlessness abound, this is another sign that the great Tribulation is near or possibly starting.
Daniel 7:25, in the NIV, describes the Antichrist this way: “He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times, and half a time.” Here are some warning signs of lawlessness. “The Antichrist will take an active stance against Jesus and His followers,” and he will “attempt to change the laws in his favor and to oppress God’s people for a designated period of time.”(9) We’ve already established that God’s people are experiencing oppression, but what about the changing of laws. Well, the changing of laws is all we hear about in the news today. From Covid mandates, to violations of the US Constitution, to defunding the police – these are all examples of lawlessness; examples of changing the laws.
The Lawless One Will Arise (vv. 9-12)
9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
One website I read says, “When people hear the word ‘antichrist,’ various images come to mind as to who he is and what role he plays in many of life’s events . . . Many have tried to figure out who on earth the Antichrist could be. Throughout history, dozens of world leaders and religious institutions have been labeled as such, from Nero to Hitler; and many more after. People have tried for centuries to put a face to the biblical title known as the ‘man of lawlessness’.”(10) Now, based on what we’ve already learned, Christians shouldn’t even be around to see the Antichrist’s appearing. But let me tell you what we “will” be able to see – the “spirit of the Antichrist.” John said, “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world . . . Every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world” (1 John 4:1, 3).
The spirit of the Antichrist is obviously loose upon the earth; and there are leaders all over the world right now demonstrating the behavior of the Antichrist, conditioning people to his rise to power *(see ADDENDUM below).
“Some have taken the names of presidents and run them through a series of mathematical equations to declare them as being the Antichrist. However . . . these calculations have been applied to dozens of people over the centuries and proven to be false . . . Surprisingly, the Bible tells us in 1 John 2:18 that ‘the Antichrist is coming; even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.’ While it also says there will be one specific person who rises to power as the Antichrist, the Bible confirms that there [will be] many antichrists [plural] . . . These are described as people who deny that Jesus is the Christ (1 John 1:22).”(11) But some other traits found in those overtaken by the spirit of the Antichrist is that they will be easily deceived, because they do not love the truth (v. 10); and thus, strong delusion will come upon them and they will believe the lie. They will believe whatever the spirit of the age is proclaiming or whatever narrative a corrupt government wants to push. Why? Because they took pleasure in unrighteousness.
This information tells us something that most of us already know, but are afraid to speak aloud. People are leaving the church in vast numbers because they have forsaken the truth of the gospel and the whole counsel of God’s Word, and they have loved sin and unrighteousness more than Christ and the church. This also tells us that many who have called themselves Christians were not really saved.
True Believers Will Be Faithful (vv. 13-15)
13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.
What is a true believer? A true believer is one who has “salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth” (v. 13). The definition of sanctification is “the action of making or declaring something holy” and “the action or process of being freed from sin or purified.”(12) Only through the power of the Holy Spirit can someone be freed from sin, and thus obtain salvation. This happens when someone believes the truth. Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” So, a person must believe in and confess that Jesus is the only way to heaven and the only path to righteousness, in order to be saved and to one day go to heaven. This truth about Jesus is revealed by the gospel, according to verse 14. Those who have not fully believed the truth of the gospel will fall by the wayside.
Verse 15 admonishes believers to “stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.” “Stand fast” means to remain faithful; and the book of Revelation has a lot to say to those who are “overcomers.” Revelation 2:7: “To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” Revelation 2:11: “He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.” Revelation 2:17: “To him who overcomes . . . I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written.” Revelation 3:5: “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.” Revelation 21:7: “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.”
“The Bible assures us that the Antichrist will not be victorious in the end. While he will be allowed to rise to power for a specific time and purpose, his end will not be a favorable one. According to Revelation 19:20, the Antichrist will be ‘captured’ and ‘thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.’ Although no one likes to think of an actual person as being the Antichrist . . . such a person will exist. One comforting thought is that everyone who believes in Jesus as the Christ and who receives Him as their personal Savior [and remains faithful] will be victorious over the Antichrist in the end.”(13)
Time of Reflection
In Revelation 12:10-11, we read, “Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, ‘Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.’ And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” The blood of the Lamb was shed for our sins. Let me ask you: Do you know the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ? Have you confessed Him as Savior and Lord of your life? If so, then you are saved and you have a testimony to share in both word and deed.
If you have never before confessed your faith in Jesus, then I want to invite you to come today. Through His blood and by being faithful to your testimony, you will overcome and spend eternity with God. If you are someone who has confessed Jesus as Savior and Lord already, then ask yourself, “Have I been true to my testimony? Am I being faithful to Christ and His church?” If not, then perhaps you have backslidden and need to repent; or perhaps, you never really knew Christ. And if the latter describes you, I want you to know that you can walk the aisle again and do it right this time. If you are being convicted by the Holy Spirit in any way, then I want to invite you to come and make your life right with the Lord today.
* ADDENDUM
Do you know what an “archetype” is? Well, here’s the definition: “The original pattern or model from which all things of the same kind are copied or on which they are based; a model or first form; a prototype,”(14) and also, “a typical example of a certain person or thing,” or “an original that has been imitated.”(15) I want to share some current archetypes, or prototypes, of the Antichrist – and some of you will probably be offended. That’s okay, because Jesus said in Matthew 24:10, that in the last days, “many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.”
In Luke 10:18, Jesus told His disciples, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.” So, let’s take a look at the two words “lightning” and “heaven” from Luke 10:18. Most of us realize that the New Testament was written in Greek; however, Jesus spoke in Aramaic, which is a form of ancient Hebrew. The word for “lighting” in Hebrew is barak. The word for “heaven” is bamah.(16) So, when Jesus made this statement, He literally would have declared in Aramaic, “I saw Satan fall like barack from bamah.” This information has led some to speculate that President Barack Obama was the Antichrist. But the Obama Administration came and went. He was not the Antichrist. Obama was an archetype; and being that his name resembles Jesus’ prophecy, his administration serves as a harbinger of things to come.
Did you know that the name Biden is in the Bible? His name, when transliterated into Hebrew, is Bedan.(17) The Strong’s Concordance says that Bedan is likely a shortened form of the Hebrew word abdon.(18) I find this interesting, because in the endtimes, the name for the ruler of the abyss is “Abaddon” (Revelation 9:11); which is one of the biblical names for Satan. Abdon means “servile.”(19) The definition of “servile” is “having or showing an excessive willingness to serve or please others.”(20) This description aptly fits the Antichrist, who is a pawn of Satan in the devil’s endgame. Some translations, such as the Septuagint, render Bedan as Barak, because “the letters forming Bedan and Barak in the Hebrew are very similar.”(21) So, it is apparent that the Biden Administration is also an archetype and harbinger of things to come.
Dear friend brothers and sisters,
The bottom line is that the Bible is playing out in 3-D right before our eyes.
Unless you are blind, dead or living under a rock certainly you have seen the fact that GOD has given us a glimpse of the Apostasy. All you have to do is look at what happened with Covid many Churches closed their doors forcing people to stay home and still today many people have not returned to their own churches.
My dear friend brothers and sisters,
Let this message serve as a warning and as encouragement, for not giving up meeting together.
I'll close by asking you to please stand and to turn to Hebrews 10:25
Let's read this verse together.
not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:25 NIV
Stand Firm Through The Great Apostasy.
God Bless You!
And remember as you go about your week
Introduce Jesus to everyone you come in contact with. Amen.

The freedom we have in the United States Of America was built on prayer, faith, and a belief that people could strive to be more. We invite you to use this time to reflect on the gift of independence and freedom we celebrate on the Fourth of July.
Let's put God at the forefront of our lives and our country just as our founding fathers did and celebrate true freedom!

Dear friend brothers and sisters,
Our Loving LORD is not in a hurry, you are. It’s why you are tired. It’s why you are anxious, stressed, and disappointed. Today I pray that you surrender your timeline in favor of His peace. Trust that what was meant to be yours, will be yours in His perfect timing. Wait on the Lord.
God Bless You!
