I had to fight the South African Government for two years and fly to Kuala Limpur Malaysia 4 times to get this passport out of the Government of South Africa. I Reside in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, and my passport was seized illegally (whereas I have committed no crime) and is currently Illegally held by the Immigration Authorities in Vietnam in who gave me this enclosed slip. Because of the passport Legal incident which took two years I became very active in the "OPEN BORDERS CAMPAIGN" worldwide (and was also duly registered as an ASYLUM SEEKER who should under no circumstances be returned to the Republic of South Africa) and after having seen the "CIRCUS OF FACT CHECKING AND COUNTER FACT CHECKING" evolve in recent months I have started a website called (WWW dot YOLOKI dot COM) with a corresponding Facebook Page (to invite Highly Influential People to join a COUNTER FACT CHECKING MOVEMENT. My passport was seized as I was told at the behest and request of FACEBOOK which request was communicated by Facebook to the United States Embassy - who requested the Immigration Police to Illegally seize my document without just cause and to - as my Visa Agent YURIVISA who was called to a meeting at the office of IMMIGRATION Ho Chi Minh . During this meeting I was FORCED by the immigration officials to sign a statement saying "THAT I WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES make any NEGATIVE or ANY statement about FACEBOOK. My account had been suspended by Facebook making me lose all my memories of travelling and teaching for the past 20 years. They (the police told me there is a server for FACEBOOK LOCATED IN VIETNAM which allows the UNITED STATES EMBASSY to turn on or TURN off the account of anyone whom they deem QUESTIONS the Facebook Community Standards or the Political Status Quo in the USA. They told me that they (Vietnamese Immigration) would only reactivate my account if I SIGNED A DECLARATION saying that I would not say anything against the FACEBOOK COMMUNITY STANDARDS. After I signed this declaration the one officer REACTIVATED my Facebook Account from a Mobile Device which he had with him and instructed me to Check Whether my Facebook Account had been Reactivated on my phone. I checked and the account was reactivated. My visa agent YURIVISA VIETNAM then told me that at the request of the UNITED STATES EMBASSY and FACEBOOK (with whom they seemed very chummy) the IMMIGRATION Department RETAIN AND keep my VISA and that from what she understood of the proceedings and forms which were all in Vietnamese (but which I was forced to write in my own Handwriting - "I UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING IN THIS FORM" She (YURIVISA) also told me that in her opinion there was a 90 percent chance that I would be FORCIBLY taken from my home WITHOUT my possessions and EVICTED FROM VIETNAM. It is therefore clear proof that FACEBOOK in VIETNAM at lest is under the direct control of the UNITED STATES EMBASSY. As far as I know no formal charges have been brought against me (BECAUSE I WAS FORCED to SIGN many VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE forms and write in my own hand that I understood Vietnamese. Please Forward this message to as many independent Facebook and YOUTUBE independent media influencers . I am willing to go online through video call service to tell of my ordeal. I suffer from Bipolar Depression and I am indeed in a very dark - potentially LIFE THREATENING SITUATION (I cannot work or think and I have stopped eating three days ago when the IMMIGRATION officials came to my home and knocked on my door. Came into my home and seized my passport again making me sign that I understood all the proceedings. I was also called to their office in Ho Chi Minh on 17 December. The "fact-checkers" carefully avoid mentioning the total number of homicides per demographic or their overall percentage, they just casually mention "around 80% and 90%". So they don't think that it is significant that 20% of white people are murdered by non-white people, while for blacks it is only 10%? This is how they present interracial murders: "In 2018, 16% of white victims were killed by Black offenders, while 8% of Black victims were killed by white offenders". How they should have presented it: black people kill 2x more white people than white people kill black people although there are 5x fewer black people. So black people murder white people at 10x the rate white people murder black people! In absolute numbers, it's about 240-260 black victims for about 510-530 white victims of interracial murder. If that was not obvious: if the rate of homicides was equal, i.e. if if homicides were strictly proportionate to the demographics, then black people should kill 5x fewer white people than white people kill black people. But black people kill 2x more white people than the reverse! So black people kill white people at a 10x higher rate! They actually try to twist it this way: "In both years, the numbers remained within eight percentage points, a much smaller gap than the 79% alleged in the viral post." That idiotic statement totally ignores the demographics and downplays what a colossal difference 8% represents - i.e. a 100% higher number of black-on-white than white-on-black homicides! Then these vile liars twist it around for the "police killings of blacks". Now suddenly they use the demographic percentages to claim that blacks are over-represented in police shootings "The majority of victims were white people, at 52%, but "black victims were over-represented (32.4%) relative to the U.S. population." The fatality rate was 2.8 times higher among Black victims than white victims." Ah, but the overall population demographics are completely irrelevant, in this case. The immense majority of the population will never be involved in any kind of violent encounter with the police, much less police shootings. What matters is the percentage of violent criminals who are likely to have violent encounters with the police. Blacks - mostly black men from 16 to 35 - commit more than 50% of all violent crimes, including more than 50% of all homicides. But only 32.4% of the victims of police shootings are black, so they are UNDERREPRESENTED compared to their involvement in violent crime. They should represent more than 50% of all police shootings. The chances that a white person will commit any kind of violent crime is much, much lower.
