Euphrates River - should we be getting ready?

For those who Know the Holy Bible, you know about one of the events that will take place before our Christ returns. We have been seeing a decline of the river over the years but not as extreme as some people are putting out there. We do need to be paying attention but we also need to not let people deceive us.
