so.. just took x5 spoonfuls of xylitol today! first I used closys and x2 rinses! did not bother brushing my teeth after that! first time I used it, I used x4 times though! and drank water to see if I got the bitter/metallic aftertaste from it, and I did.. so needed more xylitol than! I used x1 spoon xylitol on tongue and leave it on there for 3 minutes! than after an hour of playing game solo, I put another spoonful on tongue for 3 minutes! after every meal I use x1 spoonful of xylitol after drinking water, to counter the growth of bacteria! have let it grow before it can really benefit you...!! like GOD was trying tell us something here! appreciate the bad along with the good! but during night, I used another x1 spoonful xylitol after hour of last meal! I mean if your going to eat dry foods/chips/plaque forming foods/acid forming foods might as well put another x1 or x2 spoonful of xylitol in there after eating for total of x2 or x3 spoonful of xylitol! could also apply it again after an hour if needed! your saliva should handle the rest! if that doesnt work just apply oil is best, or drink water..!! not worried about staying up late anymore though, means just needs more xylitol, I could use closys to, if I had alot of plaque/tartar buildup but thats something I wouldnt want do at night, so I just take it in the morning for my own convenience! ahahs! 555!+ hopefully my gum disease/tartar/chipped teeth clear up some day from it! our holistic dentistry on a local level is not that bad! just people are so paranoid about health that thinks everything kills them.. is true closys has trisodium phosphate, which is a chemical, all you have do is detox get rid of it! for the mouth sometimes have use a chemical get rid of it..!! I mean I tried green juices did not help much..!! and the form of the chemical matters alot! is like talking about artificial flouride/GMO! they trying to mask what it really is, to make you fear it, even if it could be a cure for you! transparency please! lol! clear!
