ALMOST 20K STRONG!! Keep it up everyone! You all are amazing! I know this may be dreadful for some of you, but this must be done. This group has grown to this size in literally 48 hours. So, here you go! To answer A LOT of questions some of you have been asking!!My fellow Americans (always wanted to say that ?), We are extremely excited and grateful that you chose our movement to be a part of. There are a few issues and especially important information the Admins and Mods would like to share and address.{NON-PROFIT MOVEMENT}First, this movement is just that. This is not an organization but if it were, this would be a completely 100% non-profit organization. To address it properly, this is a non-profit movement in other words. To all members that have seen, are seeing or may see any type of GoFundMe page or our official name “StopTheTires2020” being used for a profit, it IS NOT us. Patent pending by the way, so steal our name now… ?Please DO NOT give your money to anyone with the same name as us. We will never ask for any money from anyone on this page. Now with that said I also want to address that “if” it was us asking for some random off the wall reason, we will post it on all social media platforms so always double check before opening your wallet.{FAILED REQUESTS TO JOIN GROUP}We currently have almost 200 group requests still pending because they did not answer the questions. All members are required to answer 3 multiple choice questions when they request to join, so please make sure you stress this information when sharing. Their requests just sit in a separate section until the platform reminds them of their failed request to join. The platform automatically accepts the requests that are done properly.{MAKING A POST ON THE GROUPS PAGE}When making a post on the group page, remember that it is always under review by Admins and Mods. We are currently striving to “save face” on this platform, so our group is not removed and that we do not attract any unwanted negative public backlash. If you could refrain from using vulgar or any words that could possibly tarnish this image we are trying to portray, we would be extremely grateful. In the comments, you are more than welcome to have at it with your language but our posts are public, they are shared and it will draw a scrutiny that at the beginning stages that we are, the movement cannot afford the hit.{REPORTING SOMETHING ON THE GROUPS PAGE}If you see a post or comment by another member that needs to be address, please contact one of your Admins or Mods. We are here to help, and we are currently trying to make everything move as smooth as possible. We would like to keep the platform off our trail if possible and reporting it to them instead of us may cause the permanent removal of this group/page on this platform and no one wants that.{THE WHO, THE WHAT, THE WHEN, THE WHERE, THE WHY & THE HOW OF OUR MOVEMENT}Some members seem to be a bit confused about the who, what, when, where, why and how of this entire movement. Let me break it down for you… THE WHO: We are a group of Americans who love Jesus, our country, our mamas, our family, our friends, our trucks and our President Mr. Donald J Trump. THE WHAT: Truck driver strike! This election has upset a lot of people and WE WILL NOT take to the streets and protest! WE WILL NOT burn our communities down! WE WILL NOT become violent! WE WILL show them how we protest! This is a movement! Causing change and expecting results! How Americans are supposed to reacts when we do not agree with something and are demanding change. THE WHEN: An optional pre run is happening on November 11, 2020 from 12:00am to 11:59pm. It is to honor our fallen military, our forgotten veterans and our truck driving veterans! We will have our official strike run on November 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th. The official strike run will start on Thursday, Thanksgiving, the 26th, at 12:00am and will affect Black Friday weekend and ending on Sunday at 11:59pm. THE WHERE: Anywhere your pretty little heart desires as long as it isn’t blocking traffic, causing harm to anyone or damage to anything. If this does not affect anyone or anything that can be used against you or the movement, go on then and park that big boy and do not forget to take a photo and tag us!! We want the best outcome and causing problems will NOT get us to the finish line! THE WHY: There is an announcement that our creator made, and we have turned it into a more convenient flyer as well. Please make sure you read it to understand more about our movement. THE HOW: Showing support, showing up, being involved, telling your story of why, become a family with each other and sharing of course.
