I thought there no way I'll see those results but even if I have a little success is worth it. Well here is my start to current comparison. I started May 2019 at 230 lbs and a size 20 Jean. Today I am 175 and wearing a size 14 Jean. Going thru day to day life i didn't feel like I had made much progress. I mean yeah I had gone to a size 16 Jean but I didn't feel there was a lot of appearance changes. I was just excited to have more energy to keep up with my now 12 year old boy scout son and my 7 year old ADHD cub scout. I put these together and was shocked!
