Ladies, the Holy Spirit has been impressing this upon my heart- the necessity of a Kingdom Man.
First we need to begin with, what is a kingdom man? How do we identify, respect and choose them?
Scripture lays it out in Galatians 5, jumping first to the Fruits of the Spirit.
Are they modeling these characteristics; Love, joy, peace, endurance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control?
Have they done away with the fleshy appeals of sin nature (v 24), is their every desire to live in step with the Holy Spirit, looking to Him as Lord of their life? (v 25).
Do they seek to live peaceably with everyone they come into contact with? (v 26)
If not- why not?
You can be married 10, 30, 50 years and still have a kingdom man.
Or you may find yourself in the waiting room of life as God prepares such a man.
But at NO time, in whatever season God may have you, do you have to accept that the devil gets free reign in your life and in that of your loved ones (Jeremiah 31:16). Jesus gave us spiritual authority to cast out devils, heal the sick and raise the dead (Matthew 10:8) – this isn't a suggestion, this is a command that is to follow ALL that follow Him.
What God has been showing me lately, is that this does not apply to the physical alone. If there is mental torment, there is a warring spirit. If a situation is dead, it needs life. If we have created a leper by exclusion, we need unity.
Once we have identified a kingdom man, the next question is- where is he?
For some, God may be preparing your heart to recognize, accept and step into the role of a kingdom woman so that when God's chosen enters your life, you do not back away from, but eagerly embrace the call.
If you are a married kingdom woman, perhaps God is calling you into intercessory prayer for your husband. Nagging, pushing and criticism will never create a kingdom man- only the Holy Spirit can give a new spirit and soft, yielded heart (Ezekial 36:26), drawing them into a race back to His Arms, eagerly desiring His plan, purpose and destiny for their lives and your home (Jeremiah 24).
God alone can provide a desire for sold out, surrendered, holy living (1 Peter 1:16, Romans 12:1,2, Galatians 2:20) and the willingness to cherish you with the Agape Love of Christ that Jesus displayed in laying down His Life for the Church (Ephesians 5:25)
In short- a kingdom man is developed in prayer.
Be the kingdom woman God has called you to be.
In the Name of Jesus, call in what is not, into what is (Hebrews 11:1). When you've exhausted all resources, stand still (Ephesians 6:13) and trust your Maker of all things to fulfill His promises (Numbers 23:19) – He wants what is on His Heart, more than you do!
