6-15-19 "Unlocking Prayer"

Last week, 3 times in one day, the Lord brought the Scripture passage, Job 42:10 to my mind. As I looked it up, knowing vaguely the inference of Job receiving double, I found a condition attached.Did God just look over the enemy onslaught, Job's trials and pain, loss and grief and decide, Okay, time for recompense?No! Job was given a double portion AFTER he prayed for his friends.If you find yourself in a storm, wandering in the wilderness, feeling the sting of betrayal or staring down an impassable mountain, LOOK UP! Raise your eyes to Jesus and what He is doing and saying; What and who is on His heart that you can intercede for? Get your eyes off your situation, partner with prayer warriors on the battlefield and watch God do, what only HE can do!When Job prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes.
