I hope many of you are not following FB this season as much as some of us love watching our favorite team. No championships will be special this year just like the Lakers winning the NBA championship it is meaningless this year hardly anyone watching. As much as it aches this summer not watching my Chicago Cubs, White Sox I did not watch any games not one any Chicago Bears, Blackhawks. The entitlement in professional sports first of all athletes are paid way too much and they keep wanting more and more money in their contracts so it is no longer about being the best of the best and the game being enjoyed by families anymore. Ticket prices and concession food has gotten to pricey. To buy tickets and concessions you can spend almost a 1,000 dollars a game just for 2 people to attend a live game. I remember when Ron Santos was alive when he played professional baseball all the players had a based salary and they made decent money. If they all performed well as a team end of season and played in the playoffs or won a Championship they all got a huge bonus. This gives the players an incentive for players to out perform in their sport and for their team and franchise they play for. That made if affordable for a family of 4 to attend a game. Our local teams were shown on free TV stations around the world. Now you have to have cable TV or live stream sports subscription to even watch your local professional team. Now they don't even respect our countries values or respect our flag for all the men and women that died to protect our country. They don't deserve their fans support or buy sports team memorabilia. Sad time with sports world wide.
