Ellia shares,Face to face Friday ???????????? 1st picture was in January 2020...then in March I decided to start my TRU journey.......2nd pic was in August 2020....I always say....I don’t enjoy looking back at my before pictures...but I sure do enjoy taking more pictures now lol ???? TRU has been an Awsome journey thus far ???????? 36 pounds down! I eat heathy for most of my week but i do eat cheat meals and snack sometimes! My cravings and appetite control is no where near where it was pre TRU, so I know my TRU is working! Not to mention no weight gain! My skin is glowing, my blood pressure is regular, and I just feel good! And met some Awsome motivating folks along the way! TRU works...just be patient and stay consistent!
