Jenn shares,I can't say enough about tru! I started at at 210+ with my first goal being 185. My ultimate goal was 165 which was almost unachievable in my mind. This morning I stepped on the scale and weighed 166. I realized I needed a new goal because 166 is almost 165, my impossible goal!! My unrealistic goal has always been 145 because it's where I feel the best. My back hurts less, I'm off narcotic pain meds, anxiety meds and my BP is down 30 points!
