I was so excited, but as I was walking through the building I struggled to keep up, I couldn’t breathe walking short distances and played it off. They had a scale in the restroom, I got on it I weighed 304.6 lbs at that time, by March I was up to 314.6 lbs and now I could hardly fit in the chairs!!! In January I made up my mind to finally do something, I am always and forever grateful for this group, because a lot of you inspired me to really give this a try. Needless to say, I started my journey in March 2020 and now it’s September.... 6 months later I currently weigh 290.1 lbs. I am starting to see the old me, and I’m excited for the next 6 months.
