This is so STUPID. I understand the desire to cut pollution, but "climate change" is a natural ongoing thing, it's not man-made. And a utility company is falling for this crap. I wonder if they are getting political and monetary kickbacks. If you want to cut pollution, do so, but don't say it's for fighting "climate change." BTW, EVs are not better for the environment.
