We sadly still dealing with flooding from VA USA With no emergency contact available So taking care of ourselves We did end up calling non-emergency Fire department ended up coming out. Gave us a run number to prove this complex has no emergency contact .So been taken completely out of our hands Do the 14 days husband call back not I see if was reached out to . If not reach out say we need to file our complex has no emergency contact and in need of working emergency contact number So God is covering our bottoms .

You guys need to move. Sounds like you have a lot of documentation. I'd start looking for a new place, break the lease & go to court to get my deposit back. Your happiness & quality of life is worth more than putting up with all the crap you're going through.
