John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of a Delaware computer repair shop, entertained then-Vice President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, one afternoon on April 14, 2019. As he described the encounter, Hunter was "high" and he babbled that his laptop was not working because it had “fallen water on it” and that it “urgently” needed to be repaired.
Isaac fixed the laptop in less than a week, but Hunter never picked it up again. A whole year passed, and in April 2020, the guarantee that the son of the already candidate for president had signed expired, and the laptop became the property of the workshop.
At that time, Isaac began to go through the contents of it since he had intentions of wiping the disk for re-selling it as a used computer. However, while exploring the files, he found photos of Hunter taking hard drugs, videos of him hiring prostitutes, and a series of legally binding emails.
In October of that year, Isaac decided to send a copy of his contents to the FBI, and sold other copies to Trump's attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and to outlets including the New York Post, the Daily Mail and Breitbart. From that moment on, his life would become hell.
According to a book of his authorship that will be released in November, in December 2020, the two FBI agents with whom he had contacted to send them a copy of the hard drive appeared one morning in his workshop, and threatened him to keep silent. and will not speak to the press about the contents of the computer.
Until that moment, Isaac had remained anonymous, but after the pressure he decided to show his face, and appeared for the first time on Fox News, where he said that he is blind but that he showed recordings to his relatives and they were able to confirm that the person who gave him the computer was Hunter Biden himself.
It is alarming that two FBI agents have decided to threaten Isaac while Donald Trump was still in power, and this reveals a strong internal within the United States federal police, which maintains a faction adept at the Democratic Party whoever is in the Oval Office.
According to the account in his book, Isaac did not fall for the threats and told them "hey guys, I'll remember to change your names when I write the book". According to a review in the New York Post, Isaac changed the names of the agents: "Agent Wilson kept walking, but Agent DeMeo stopped and turned to me to tell me that if he spoke about this publicly he would kill me."
"It's our experience that nothing ever happens to people who don't talk about these things," this "Agent DeMeo" told him. However, after speaking with his lawyer and relatives, he decided that his life would be safer if he exposed himself publicly. "I decided to talk to the press and not succumb to threats."
In another part of the book, he assures that after Biden's inauguration, in January 2021, two other agents visited him again and told him that he had to give the original hard drive to the FBI, that the copy that he had sent it was not enough. Isaac told them that he wasn't going to do it, and when he reminded them that there are cameras in the shop, the agents left.
In the aftermath, however, Isaac had to close his business and, according to the New York Post, "filed a multimillion-dollar defamation lawsuit in May against Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff and a host of media outlets, including CNN, the Daily Beast and Politico." , saying he was falsely accused of peddling Russian disinformation."
After the raid on Trump's residence in Palm Beach by the FBI, his story now takes on a new meaning, and reveals the magnitude of the corruption network that reaches several federal police agents, today in the hands of the Democratic judicial operator Merrick Garland.
