The foundation operates through the members of its Board of Directors. #FightBack posted the $2M cash bail for Kyle Rittenhouse. I did not. The bail must under law be returned to #FightBack, not me. That is why the notice was filed by #FightBack in order to inform the clerk of court that the Rittenhouse bail should be returned to #FightBack, not to me and NOT to John Pierce at his home address. Upon return of the bail funds, #FightBack will lawfully use the donations consistent with its stated missions. I am not sure how John Pierce planned to use the money when he lied to the clerk of court and sought to have the $2M retuned to him at his home address. I am thankful that #FightBack learned of John’s unlawful efforts to get the bail money in time to file the lawful notice with the clerk of court. #FightBack has offered to Kyle’s criminal lawyer to consider reimbursing him for any unpaid legal bills after the bail money is returned to #FightBack when the case is over. #FightBack has not heard back from the attorney yet even though the offer was made a couple of months ago. Marjorie Taylor Greene needs to research John Pierce. I made the mistake of not doing so when I was asked by him to help him with his legal efforts for Dr. Carter Page. Lesson learned the hard way. There is more research that Marjorie Taylor Greene needs to conduct. Stay with me.
