I have never seen a POTUS do this during a presser, especially one of such magnitude. This is after Biden got frustrated with the last question. He was doing some gaslighting, lying about Trump’s plan, and realized he wasn’t fooling most of the reporters. That head wasn’t down for just a second/moment either.
