Under 44 USC 3106 and 36 CFR Part 1230, she committed a felony by destroying National Archives entrusted to her to pass directly to the Department of Archives. She committed the crime on National Television and directly in the presence of The Attorney General. It is an impeachable offense. I suggest immediate charges be filed and impeachment proceedings to remove her from the position of Speaker and The House.
