Back in the 90s, and sure many Xer Librrtarians and Conservatives will remember this, we watched a Hilarious man with a Conservative point of view. Labelled "Ditto Heads," taking as a self imposed joke. He made this hilarious Ribbon to mock the idea of the "Ribbon for Everything" era in the 90s and also have a symbol for fiscal restraint. #RIPRush #RIPRushLimbaugh
