Cellulite!! Why care? It is important to get rid of cellulite not just because of the unattractive appearance, but also because it’s a sign that the body has accumulated plenty of toxins.
? Furthermore, toxins are linked to all the major factors contributing to the formation of cellulite from poor diet, poor digestion and constipation to inactivity, poor liver function, hormonal imbalances, stress and poor blood and lymphatic circulation.
? Cellulite (adeptsis edematosa) is not a sign of an underlying disease, however, it does indicate that the body is not eliminating toxins effectively and is instead increasing fat cells to store these toxins. According to some reports, cellulite occurs in 90% of women and 10% of men.
? Cellulite is that process wherein fat cells harden across your body parts like hips, thighs, buttocks and stomach.
? During the formation of cellulite, fat cells present in the body would harden and form a fibrous jumbled up structure with your blood vessels and lymph tissues. Also, due to such a muck of these structures, other forms of bodily waste ? start accumulating at cellulite deposits.
? If you have cellulite, it may mean that your detoxification system needs support—specifically, your liver and lymphatic system.

? Remove toxic foods: Most of the toxins that find their way into our bodies come from the food we eat. To detoxify for cellulite, you need to avoid foods containing chemicals such as preservatives, enhancers, stabilizers and trans fats/hydrogenated oils. In simple terms, stick to organic foods. Avoid junk/processed foods.
? Drink water: The body also needs plenty of water to detoxify. Water is so important because it supports lymphatic system function which is; detoxifying the body cells. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to detoxify the body effectively. Of course, this can vary depending on factors like physical activity. For instance, you will need to take more water if you lead a very active lifestyle.
? Purify of the Air in Your Home: While you may not be able to purify the air outside of your house, you have no reason to stop yourself from doing so inside your house! ? Dry Brush: Dry brushing may help stimulate the cells and break down toxins from beneath the skin.
1.) Starting at the bottom your feet, move in long sweeping motion toward your heart. Stroking away from your heart can put extra pressure on the valves within the veins and lymph vessels, causing ruptured vessels and varicose veins.
2.) Brush each area several times and overlapping as you go to ensure that you do not miss a spot. Be careful over the more sensitive areas, such as the breasts. You may want to avoid the nipple area. It may feel more sensitive the first few times, but your skin will become less sensitive with consistent dry brushing.
3.) Once you’ve brushed your entire body, step into the shower and bathe as you normally would.
