(In my way of thinking, 4 years is a very light sentence for his crime.) A month later more charges surfaced because this sadistic monster allegedly knew he was HIV-positive when he repeatedly raped his victim. (HIV is serious and he puts lives in danger - I feel he should have gotten life.)
