Wild Women's Kitchens was born due to food allergies and frustration on finding the options to eat normal meals.  It isn't always easy but Organic is a priority if you have allergies and fresh made food is the best medicine for living your best life.  Join me in my adventure into cooking and baking simple dishes with the best possible ingredients.
Organic, Paleo, Keto recipes can all work together if you have limitations on your foods.
I previously created this on another social media site.  However, I am excited to move it here.

Gluten free Taco Tots

This is absolutely delicious! Easy to make too! All ingredients are organic, grass fed beef too. It is a good way to use up leftover chili, pulled pork, sloppy joes etc. Experiment and enjoy something new and different. You can just use fried potatoes or french fries as well. I used organic gluten free tater tots fried golden brown in beef tallow. GFS carries Gluten Free Tots) Taco filling of your choice. Mine was home made black bean chili, tomatoes, fresh chives and Adobo spice mixed in sour cream Shredded cheeses: cheddar, mozzarella and any cheese you like. We shred our own most of the time. Just because I use organic and grass fed, you can use whatever you want. I try to eat as healthy as possible and with all my food allergies eating anything else causes me issues. It will taste good no matter how you prepare it because it will be to your personal taste Layer the tots, then cheese, taco filling, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, chives to top. **Quick and easy Black bean chili 1 pound grass fed beef or bison, cooked 1 can organic black beans rinsed 1 can organic crushed tomatoes 3/4 cup water or tomato juice 2 celery stalks, chopped 1/4 cup onion 3 cloves garlic chopped fine. 1/2 cup Red peppers chopped or as desired. Parsley (I am allergic to cilantro) 3 tbs ( or more chili powder depending on your taste) 1 tablespoon or more to taste of Adobo *If you like other spices add them. Allow to simmer till thickened slightly or use a crock pot to cook all ingredients. I don’t can tomatoes or other vegetables anymore so organic canned is fine with me
